Hersheypark Dark Nights
Choose a full park day or an evening visit, then leave room for the haunts that begin at 6 p.m.
When to go
Dark Nights operates Fridays through Sundays through . Haunted houses and scare zones open at 6 p.m. Check the official park calendar for the hours on your date.
What admission covers
A Hersheypark Halloween ticket includes all five Dark Nights haunted houses and five scare zones. Fast Track is an optional extra, and a Fast Track purchase does not replace the admission ticket. Compare the current ticket options before paying; check taxes, fees and parking separately.
What changed in 2026
Reese’s Depot Of Doom is the new fifth scare zone. Near Shoreline Sprayground in The Boardwalk area, its freight-yard setting uses fog and sound across four connected scenes. Treat it as a scare zone, rather than an additional haunted house.
Choose the right visit for your group
The park advises that parts of Dark Nights may be too intense for children younger than 13. For a gentler option, the Avenue Of The Afterlife is a scare-free area with food and entertainment. Treatville’s trick-or-treat trail serves children 12 and under.
Build the visit around one destination
Use 100 W. Hersheypark Drive, Hershey, PA 17033 for the park. Plan food and the return journey around your entry time; keeping the whole evening in Hershey avoids rushing back to another city for a second haunt.
Rides operate subject to weather and maintenance. If your group needs step-free access or has sensory concerns, confirm the requirements for the specific haunts before purchasing. This guide has not verified access to each haunted house.
