We record your personal information which is your name and your email address only when you make that decision to offer it. Registration requires a valid e-mail address. Registrants providing an invalid e-mail address will be denied the right to receive our newsletter. The purpose of a valid e-mail address is used only for your subscription to our 100% opt-in mailing list. Users have the ability to opt out of this newsletter at any time.
Our servers log URLs and times of access to each page of our site, the referring URL and the IP address or hostname of the computer making the request. We use this information only to monitor the volume of traffic to the site, except in cases where we suspect a user is abusing the site’s resources. In such cases, we will attempt to identify the ISP of the user and let the provider know about the abuse.
You must be 13 years of age or older to register for FrightTour, in accordance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (COPPA). DO NOT REGISTER UNLESS YOU ARE AT LEAST 13 YEARS OF AGE. We are not permitted by law to collect information from persons under the age of 13 without proof of parental consent, and therefore choose not to accept registrations of those under the age of 13.
Submissions for inclusion to our annual tour are reviewed in the order each is received. All applicants must be over the age of 18 and able to provide their own transportation to and from the venue. Each participant will be responsible for all and any expenses including; lodging, food, tickets and travel. FrightTour reserves the right to deny application acceptance. FrightTour reserves the right to cancel any part of the tour due to inclement weather or for any other reason outside the control of FrightTour. Information gathered from submission will be filed and held for the entire duration of the tour. Onsite consent forms will be provided and required for any footage that may be posted to our YouTube Channel. Not agreeing to our policies regarding our "Join The Scream" event this year forfeits your right to participate.
