When registering for FrightTour you agree to a monthly newsletter as well as other FrightTour features. FrightTour staff will not ask you for your password as well as any other important vital information.  If a registered member signs up to join FrightTour at a park listed on our tour, he or she will be responsible for transportation and expenses.  Registered/Paying member also will be held accountable for behavior that is deemed unacceptable by park management.  Children under the age of 16 are prohibited from joining tour unless accompanied by parent or legal guardian.  FrightTour is not a babysitting service.  FrightTour has the right to ask members behaving in-appropriately to leave the group.  If asked to leave, a refund will not be given.

At FrightTour when registering for a park on our tour the slot price must be paid in full at sign up, no exceptions.  Any members that missed park sign-ups will be placed on a waiting list for that specific park.  If member must cancel a slot, he or she will be refunded all except $10 as a convenience fee for FrightTour holding that slot.  If you are a registered/paying member and the outing to your park has been cancelled by FrightTour you will be refunded the full amount paid for your slot.   In the event of inclement weather, FrightTour will not give a refund unless the group passed through the threshold of the park entrance.  FrightTour is not responsible for ride rehabs, maze closures, or ride malfunctions. FrightTour parks & dates can be changed at any time. 

Once a slot has been cancelled it will be given to the next registered/paying member on our waiting list for that specific park.  At no time may you transfer your slot to another FrightTour member.  All slots are non-transferable.
