When FrighTour was first created in October of 2008 it was a side page on our sister site CoasterFusion.com. At that time we provided the screaming public with reviews on the haunted walk throughs located at theme parks in the Northeast! We screamed at Six Flags Great Adventure, Dorney Park, Six Flags New England, Six Flags America, & Kings Dominion. Our slogan, “Five Nights, Five Frightful Parks” lived up to it’s name as we enjoyed the horror at five different theme parks on five different nights.

In 2009 the side page became an actual site and FrightTour reached out to the Mid-Atlantic but only taking on those walk throughs found at theme parks. Again we visited Six Flags Great Adventure, Six Flags America, Kings Dominion, Busch Gardens Europe and Dorney Park. We offered photo albums, videos, news, reviews and more!  Some of the parks we visited even featured our videos on their sites or YouTube Channels! However, with 2010 brings drastic changes to the direction of the site.

During the previous two years we would close the site during the winter, spring & summer but re-open beginning of September when the parks transformed into glorified horror parks. Now the site will be fully operational 100% of the year. FrightTour will be the tomb for the latest news & updates from haunted theme parks, scream parks, fright factories & chilling graveyards.

FrightTour will become the Northeasts’ primary site for the best haunted attractions at theme parks and those family owned & operated scream parks like Terror Behind The Walls, Field of Terror, Jason’s Woods and more! We will totally immerse you into the experience like you are actually walking through yourself with videos, photos, reviews & more! You will even be able to write your own reviews on these places providing more background as to why it is the scariest of the scariest!

We are currently working on setting up a venue for haunted attraction addicts to attend where we take over the place and enjoy discounted admission, food, and some behind the scenes time! Stay tuned!
